Apple iPhone 6 Might Sport Slimmer Body, 389ppi 'Ultra-Retina' display, 5.59mm thickness Says Sonny Dickson
The iPhone 6 will sport a thinner body, a much more powerful processor and a higher pixel density screen, according to a new rumor from reputed Apple leaker, Sonny Dickson.
The Australian teen rose to fame during the build up the iPhone 5S, when he was able to serve up some extremely accurate leaks on the smartphone.
Leaks on The iPhone 6
Body and Thickness
His latest leak came in the form of four tweets, where he said that the "iPhone 6 will be 0.22 inches thick #JustSaying." This means that Apple's next flagship smartphone should measure at just 5.59mm.
Display
Dickson went on to mention that the handset will feature the greatest iPhone screen yet, boasting a stunning 389 pixels per inch (ppi). However, if one were to weight smartphone deisplays merely on pixels per inch, the purported iPhone 6 display configuration mentioned here will still be lagging behind the recently announced Samsung Galaxy S5 which boasts a pixel density of 432ppi.
Processor
The tipster then went on to offer information on the chipset that might arrive on the next Apple iPhone. "The new Apple A8 processor will run at 2.6GHz #JustSaying," his tweet read.
Conclusion
'Dickson sent out a final tweet saying that "These specs could be the real thing #JustSaying."
However, this information should be taken with a grain of salt since there's isn't any evidence to back it up.
However, given that Dickson has an amazingly accurate track record when it comes to leaking information on Apple products, fans can afford to be optimistic with this purported configuration.
