Living Barbie Doll Valeria Lukyanova Gets into Word War With Male Counterpart Over Plastic Surgery Remarks
Valeria Lukyanova, better known as living Barbie or human Barbie met her male counterpart - real life boyfriend of Barbie doll- Ken for a photo shoot in New York.
Despite a good meeting, the human dolls were soon seen getting into a fight with each other, for plastic surgery remarks.
Although Justin Jedlica, the 32-year-old "Human Ken Doll", has spent around £70,000 to transform himself into a human version of Barbie's perfectly-toned boyfriend Ken, he did not seem to appreciate Lukyanova's "added make-up" looks.
Jedlica said of Valeria, "Much of her look is added make-up, fake hair and slimming corsets. Drag queens have put on the same illusions for years."
Lukyanova, 23, is known worldwide for her incredibly thin waist, long blonde hair, plastic like skin and eyes and large bust.Although earlier she has denied undergoing plastic surgery before, in what came as a response to Justin's remarks on her looks, Lukyanova admitted to undergoing plastic surgery only for breast implants, since she wanted to be "perfect."
"Justin said bad things about me but he had more than 90 operations, while I had only one. I am not hiding that I've had plastic surgery. I had breast implants because I want to be perfect, " Lukyanova said in response to Jedlica's comments, according to a report in The Sun.
"He would do better not to comment on who is plastic and who is not. I think he is handsome man - but he overdid his lips," she added.
Earlier too, Jedlica has made similar remarks on the "living Barbie Doll."
In December 2012, he told Huffington Post, "I do fine her beautiful...but it appears to me hat much of her look is added makeup, fake hair and 'slimming' corsets ... Drag queens have put on the same illusions with makeup and costumes for years."
"A true 'body mod' individual -- such as myself -- LIVES with a conviction to their alternations and doesn't wash them off. I can appreciate that she is a talented artist, but if at the end of the day she is only presenting this 'human Barbie doll' on days the camera is filming ... I'm not sure just how much credibility I would give her in being a REAL human Barbie," he continued.
