Paul Walker Conspiracy Theories: Actor's Death Linked With Typhoon Haiyan and 'Family Guy' Brian's Killing
Paul Walker died on 30 November in a horrific car crash. But certain conspiracy forums have developed several theories around the actor's death suggesting that it was murder.
It is now a well-known fact that Walker was working diligently to raise funds and awareness for victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
One of the many conspiracy theories suggests that the actor was murdered because he allegedly knew inside information about the relief efforts.
According to a report in Alternative news site Before It's News, the first version of this theory, originally floated in a post at GodLikeProductions.com, goes as follows:
"Paul Walker and his friend were killed shortly after they discovered a conspiracy to supply victims of Typhon Haiyan with a prototype permanent birth control drug hidden in medicinal supplies and food aid. They had a damning recording and they were on their way to rendezvous with an ally who would have helped them get in touch with the right people. Turns out they were betrayed and someone rigged their car's breaks to malfunction after a certain speed."
"Now that the loose end has been tied up, and the recording destroyed, the people responsible have nothing to fear as this will become another "conspiracy theory" no one will take seriously."
And here's yet another version of this theory posted on the same forum:
"Apparently, Paul Walker had discovered dirty money in the Philippines disaster relief and that would make sense because he owned a company that specialized in rapid disaster relief. "
As mentioned in the Epoch Times report, GodlikeProductions has numerous threads about the US research programme HAARP causing earthquakes and storms in other countries, conspiracies about Comet ISON, and various posts about the Illuminati, a purported secret society that controls the world's governments and large corporations. Anonymous users can post, without registering, anything they want.
A slightly more radical theory suggests that the death of Brian Griffin, a character on the hit Fox TV show "Family Guy" was included in a recent episode of the cartoon in order to inform people in the know that Walker was going to die. A commentator in a YouTube video by user Paul Gardiner explains this theory as follows:
"I don't know if you guys have also watched 'Family Guy,' of that episode when Brian actually died of a car accident, and I don't know if you guys find the correlation and the connection there, but Brian was Paul Walker's actor's name in 'The Fast & The Furious,' and it was about a week and a half ago, right? About a week and a half ago is when Brian in 'Family Guy' died, so it's like a lot of people always say, these types of things always tend to be predicted by the media and the industry."
Popping up of such conspiracy theories whenever a high-profile death occurs, has become hugely common and more or less has no absolute relation to the facts.
