Avengers 2: Captain America and Iron Man to Fight in 'Age of Ultron'?
Avengers 2 synopsis teases a disagreement between Captain America and Iron Man, and possibly a showdown between the two Avengers.
Also, the alliance of the Avengers is a difficult relationship to begin with, and their loyalties will be further tested in Avengers 2.
In the last Avenger movie, their alliance was forged over Coulson's (Clark Gregg) death and they worked as a group only when the city was under attack.
Enstarz reports, with SHIELD in a shambles and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) taking over financial leadership of the group and inadvertently creating their next major threat, Earth's Mightiest Heroes could be in for a rocky sequel.
It was previously revealed that Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Iron Man will battle it out in Avengers 2, but Movie Pilot speculated that Captain America (Chris Evans) could also have a disagreement with the philanthropist, Tony Stark.
Movie Pilot's theory is based on Captain America and Iron Man's previous disagreements and the fact that an Age of Ultron summary cites "uneasy alliances" with the Avengers.
According to other rumours, the Avengers may turn against Tony Stark, for the villain Ultron was activated by the millionaire himself.
According to Inquisitr (via Christian Post), Tony Stark will be in trouble with the rest of the Avengers because of his creation, Ultron, who will turn against humans.
The website reports, that the robot was designed to help out the Avengers, but when Stark tweaks the Ultron system and the robot starts learning on its own and turns against humankind, that's when the Avengers squad starts splitting into two factions: one that still believes in Stark, and another that wants to go against him.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron is set for a May 1, 2015 release.
