The sun is finally set to return to our cloudy isle and whether you're prepping for some outside viewing or simply after a cosy garden to lounge in over the weekend, London has some incredible offerings when it comes to pub garden, so much so you can afford to be picky. If you're looking for outdoor screens, sufficient wisteria or want to be near water, there are some fantastic options to suit.

The White Hart, Stoke Newington
A relatively unfussy looking pub from the outside, you can easily walk past it on Stoke Newington High Street before turning back and wandering in. Once inside, the back opens up to an incredible walled garden filled with benches to seat a couple of friends or indeed a whole wedding party.
Dogs are allowed on leads and child friendly until 8pm, it is like a leafy Narnia off the main road.

The White Swan, Twickenham
On the outskirts of London you can find the best parts of the Thames as well as the most wonderful pubs surrounding it. The White Swan has a flora laden beer garden that is sat right on the edge of the water so you can wave at boaters all day while enjoying your pint. Weather and tide permitting there is often a BBQ outside during the summer months as well.

If you're looking to meet up with a huge group of twenty somethings who are probably on Tinder dates then The Ship is for you. More hair swishing and rose sipping than anywhere else in South London, this is a really fun pub that comes alive in the sunshine. A one of a kind experience is to be had at The Magic Gardens. A relaxed friendly atmosphere with a huge range of live music acts there is always something worth heading over to this psychedelically decorated haven for. The answer to the prayers of those who love parks but don't want to provide for themselves, the People's Park Tavern is about a half inch fence away from being in the heart of Hackney's Victoria Park.
