Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi: Couple's Marriage is 'Saved', Talk Show Host 'Puts Portia Before Her Career'

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi's marriage is solid as ever!

After a long vacation in Europe with wife Portia de Rossi, the tv show host is back to work, and acccording to reports, the talk show host is telling her friends that her marriage is saved.

"Ellen says that she and Portia are doing so much better," a source told RadarOnline.com

"Towards the end of last season everything was really taking a toll on her," the insider added referring to The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

"While Portia was in treatment and everyone was predicting that they were getting a divorce, it was really hard. But thankfully, all of that has passed," she said.

Meanwhile, the couple were spotted out in Los Angeles this week, with a lot of public display of affection.

The 56-year-old talk show host and the 41-year-old Arrested Development actress stepped out for a shopping trip, with their arms around each other.

DeGeneres wore blue jeans and a black T-shirt, while her wife sported boots, blue jeans, tank top and a scarf. The lovebirds also wore matching sunglasses.

"Ellen says that she will be with Portia forever and that she puts her wife before anything, even her career," the source revealed.

DeGeneres and de Rossi have been together for more than nine years, and the couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary with a sky message last month.

Previously, reports of her cheating and an alleged divorce from Ellen were making the rounds in media. De Rossi reportedly attended Malibu rehab facility for drug and alcohol abuse in May, and ever since her return, things were not going good for the celebrity couple.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show Season 12 premieres on 8 September.
