Italian authorities have issued further warnings over the flooding near Turin with millions of people at risk if the issue continues.
Both Italy and France have suffered torrential rain for the past two weeks resulting in severe flood warnings
The River Po, the longest river in Italy rose by over 13 feet in Turin and experts are expecting more of the same in coming weeks. To date, seven people have died in Italy and three more have died in France.
Thousands have been evacuated but the numbers could well rise into the millions.
