Ciara is already mother to 2-year-old son Future Zahir.
It's a girl! Ciara and Russell Wilson welcomed their first baby together on Friday (28 April). Hours after giving birth, the songstress posted an adorable Instagram post to announce their daughter's name.
The singer posted a picture of her where she is adorably cradling her baby bump while sitting on the seashore opposite the deep blue water. "Dear Sienna Princess Wilson, No matter how big the wave, we will always be your calm in the storm. We Love You. Love, Mommy & Daddy," the sweet message from the new mommy read.
The fan favourite couple had kept the gender of their baby a secret until now. Upon asked about a baby name, in a previous interview, the 28-year-old NFL player revealed that the name of baby Wilson will be 'cool.' "A little bit of both. I think we both have some creative sense about us, so it's gonna be cool," he told Extra in February.
The newest member of the Wilson family was born at 7.30pm and weighed healthy at 7lbs 13 oz. While Sienna will be the first baby of the Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Ciara is mother to two-year-old son Future Zahir with her former boyfriend rapper Future.
The 31-year-old I Bet singer and Wilson married in July 2016 in a lavish ceremony and in October that year, announced that they are expecting their first baby together.
"On this special Birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family.. and I'm excited to Finally share one of the Greatest Gifts of All that God could give..." she captioned an Instagram photo she shared on her birthday. In the image, her NFL player husband was cradling her tiny baby bump.
Wilson shares a great bond with Ciara's toddler son and the singer has been updating her 16 million fans about her pregnancy.
