As their marriage anniversary fast approaches, Kate expressed fears their "royal life" is jeopardising their marriage, according to Now Magazine.
"The reason Willswaited so long before proposing was so thatKatewould have a better understanding of what things would be like. But no matter how much she loves him she had no idea how it would affect their relationship," a source close to Kate told the magazine.
The couple will celebrate their anniversary on 29 April.
