Amateur footage has captured the panic at the Stade de France in Paris, following an explosion that is reported to have been a suicide blast.
People are seen running outside the stadium, then a convoy of emergency vehicles arrives.
"Second Explosion. Run. It's a terrorist attack. At the Stade de France," A man can be heard shooting.
President Hollande has declared state of emergency across France, and has deployed 1,500 troops after a near-simultaneous series of explosions and shootings brought the city to a horrified standstill overnight. The death toll rose to 127 and around 200 other people were wounded, officials said.
