Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas Split: Why is Royal Attending Formal Events Without Longtime Girlfriend?
Looks like Prince Harry and long-time girlfriend Cressida Bonas are still a bit apprehensive about making public appearances together as a couple.
Bonas is not accompanying the Prince even for formal engagements like weddings.
According to Enstars, Prince Harry will soon be heading to the US for a good friend's nuptials but it appears he's leaving Bonas in London.
"Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton sans Bonas are scheduled to be in Memphis for a wedding next month. Memphis native Elizabeth Wilson, whose grandfather is the founder of Holiday Inn Hotels, is slated to tie the knot on May 3. Her husband-to-be, Guy Pelly, owns a nightclub in London and is a good friend of Prince Harry and Prince William," states the report.
If the reports are true, this will be the second wedding in just weeks that Prince Harry would have attended without his girlfriend of two years.
Earlier this month, the royal attended the wedding ceremony of close friends Lucy Meade and Charlie Budgett at St Mary's Church in Chippenham, England, along with his brother Prince William and sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
It may not be unusual for him not to have a date to the upcoming one.
Meanwhile, a source recently revealed that the couple is aware of how their entire lives will change once they tie the knot, so they are not in a rush to get married themselves.
"Harry and Cressida have made a point of talking about marriage and what changes they're going to have to make to their life of late. According to friends of Cressida's, the couple have decided to try and keep their semi-normal lifestyle as long as physically possible," said the source.
