Russian Tycoon on the Run after Battering Model so Badly she Looked Like a Zombie
Alexandra Sereda: 'After the attack I looked like a zombie from a horror movie'
A multi-millionaire Russian telecommunications boss is reportedly on the run after beating his model girlfriend up so viciously that she was left resembling "zombie from a horror film."
Pavel Ushanov, 33, who is CEO of the Russian communications company Devino Telecom, had been dating 27-year-old model Alexandra Sereda for two years.
However, when she told him that she wanted to end their relationship, he launched a brutal attack on her, leaving her unrecognisable.
Speaking from her hospital bed the model said: "I was leaving for work and it was 7 am in the morning when I heard the doorbell, and then I heard his voice.
"I could hear that he sounded annoyed and I didn't want to open the door, but he obviously wasn't going away so then I did and without saying anything he just went inside and punched me in the head."
Sereda suffered a sustained assault, being kicked and punched for 10 minutes.
She revealed that when she screamed that he would kill her, he coldly replied: "Good, that's what I want'.
The model manage to escape after opening the door and running out of the house. She called the police on her mobile phone and was taken to hospital where she was treated for her injuries.
"When I looked at the pictures of myself after the attack I looked like a zombie from a horror movie."
Police have issued a warrant for Ushanov's arrest.
