The 2012 Westminster Dog Show, held over Feb. 13 and Feb. 14, at the famous Madison Square Garden, in New York, has come to an end.
The prize for Best of Show was won by a cute little Pekingese called Malachy, while Beckham - a black cocker spaniel - was voted No. 1 Show Dog in the U.S.
"He saved all his energy for the ring today," Malachy's handler David Fitzpatrick said.
"He's a super dog who had a stupendous night," Cindy Vogels, the judge for the show said of Malachy.
Incidentally, the little Pekingese is a veteran... and will now retire, at the age of 4, from competition and live with Fitzpatrick as his pet.
