Amber Rose Homecoming Picture: Pregnant Socialite Displays Curly Dark Locks
Amber Rose, who has shared much of her pregnancy with fans through social media, revealed a picture of her dressed up for her high school homecoming dance - with curly hair.
"#Throwback homecoming dance circa 1999," the 29-year-old model tweeted. In the photo, she is seen with dark curly locks, dressed up in a scarf, gold necklace and black feathery dress.
The American socialite's blond bald head is just as famous as she is and in an interview with Inked magazine in 2011, she explained why she cut her hair.
"When I was a little girl I used to love Sinéad O'Connor's video and song "Nothing Compares 2 U." I knew I wanted to look as beautiful as she did one day, so when I was old enough to make my own decisions, at 19, I cut it off, and it's been over eight years now," she said then.
Rose, who is engaged to Rapper Wiz Khalifa, recently revealed her due date as she graced the Grammy's red carpet.
"I'm due on the 24th (February)," she told MTV News, "But you know, babies can come a week before, a week after. You never know. So we got a couple weeks left."
In a recent interview with Power 106 radio in Los Angeles, Khalifa discussed their plans for a home birth.
"Yeah, we're doing a home birth. It consists of her being in a whole lot of pain with no medicine. She's gonna thug it out," he told the radio station, "We're gonna have a midwife and a doula (their labor coach) at the crib. She's gonna be in a pool and it's just gonna be like a relaxing environment. And when she's ready, she's gonna tell me when to stick my hands down there and I'm gonna pull the baby out."
Nevertheless, Rose had previously discussed about giving natural birth in an interview with XXL magazine.
"I'm so ready. I'm going all-natural," she said, "I've decided that I'm going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights! The next time Wiz has a stomach ache or anything, I'll say, 'I popped out a baby all-natural.'"
