'Rude' Ashton Kutcher branded as a 'd-bag' by comedian Kathy Griffin in new revealing book
Griffin also mentioned her encounters with Harry Styles, Tom Hanks and Jon Hamm in the book.
Ashton Kutcher's name has been mentioned in a new revealing book by comedian Kathy Griffin, but not in good light. According to the 56-year-old TV personality, the No Strings Attached actor had been "rude" to her in the past during an event and later on avoided acknowledging her in the public.
"We co-hosted a charity event in 2005 for uBid.com," she revealed adding, "Kutcher, my co-host, did not speak to me once. It was bizarre and rude and made me feel as if he thought I was beneath him."
As if ignoring the co-host wasn't enough, Griffin claimed that the 38-year-old actor even avoided greeting her in the public when she and Kutcher happened to run into each other at a takeout joint.
"Three years later, I'm grabbing something to eat ... and who should walk in but Kutcher and Demi Moore. I smiled and waved. Nothin'. If you won't say hi to me in the Mexican takeout joint, you're a d-bag."
The revelations published by Page Six, were originally made by the TV host in her new book – Kathy Griffin's Celebrity Run-Ins – which is believed to be "an A-Z compendium of the celebrities [the comic's] met over the years". And the A-listers mentioned in the new release include major names from Michael Jackson to Kutcher.
As stated by Griffin, Kutcher at the time was with his ex-wife Demi Moore. The celebrity couple called it quits in 2013 after a cheating controversy made headlines. After ending things with the much older Indecent Proposal actress, the Two And A Half Men star moved on in life with actress Mila Kunis.
Kutcher and Kunis tied the knot in 2015 and are the parents to two-year-old daughter Wyatt Isabelle. They are now expecting a baby boy any time soon.
Meanwhile in her tell-all book, Griffin also went on to reveal her encounters with Harry Styles and Tom Hanks, and the time when she was insulted by a drunken Jon Hamm, who told her she looks old.
