A man has died after falling from a bridge onto one of Cardiff's busiest roads. South Wales Police do not know when Western Avenue, which has been blocked in both directions, will be open again. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes as delays are to be expected. He was wearing a cream jumper and red t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
Police officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have been driving across or beneath the interchange between 4am and 5am to get in touch.
