Batman fans are gearing up for the release of "The Dark Knight Rises," which hits theaters on July 20th. But those who follow the black-caped vigilante hero may be excited to hear that the LEGO version of the trailer has just arrived online. DC Comics

The first sneak peak at the new The Dark Knight Rises has arrived in the form of an official trailer leaked online.

The highly anticipated film which will hit cinemas worldwide in July 2012, has already got fans on the edge of their seats with the teaser trailer which features an alluring prologue.

Fans are definitely guaranteed one of the most disturbing Batman films so far if the trailer is anything to go by.

The teaser reveals that Bane played by Tom Hardy will unleash an extraordinary reign of terror against Gotham City. The new 'bad guy' is shown to be a calculated killer and can even be seen whispering in Batman's ear about the "storm" that's to come.

Meanwhile, fans also get glimpse of all the main characters from Christian Bale and Michael Caine to Anne Hathaway and Joseph Gordon-Levitt,who will play pivotal roles in the latest instalment of the franchise.

It also does a great job of teasing the film's theatrical atmosphere, grand-scale set pieces, and excellent special effects.
