Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 64-bit tablet gets benchmarked, expected to be launched soon
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced will be a more advanced version of the Galaxy Tab 4 T-Mobile

Detailed specifications of what looks like the upcoming version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced have been leaked by a Twitter tipster. The tablet will most likely be a variant of the eight-inch Galaxy Tab 4, which was unveiled in 2014 as the fourth generation device of the Samsung Galaxy Tab series.

The tab, codenamed SM-T536, is slated to have a screen size of 10.1in with the display reflecting a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The device will run on Samsung's very own Exynos 54101 having a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM coupled with 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 128GB.

The rear camera will be a 5MP one with autofocus, face detection and flash. The front camera of the budget Tab is only 1.3MP. Given the large screen size, the device will pack a 6,800mAh battery capacity and run on Android's latest Marshmallow OS.

If we compare the upcoming device with its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab 4 , it has some decent upgrades in terms of screen size, processor, RAM, OS, rear camera and battery capacity.

There is no clarity yet on when the company plans to release the device. In the past, the company has released such devices online itself with a statement and no big release event, considering that it is just another budget device from Samsung.
