Full list of Remain MPs who could block a Brexit by voting Article 50 down
Theresa May's plans to split from the EU have been turned upside down after a High Court ruling.
The dramatic judgement at England's High Court today (3 November) was turned Theresa May's Brexit plans into turmoil. The Conservative premier had promised to trigger Article 50, the official mechanism to split from the EU, by March 2017.
But the prime minister will now have to give MPs a vote on the process, unless the government's appeal at the Supreme Court in December succeeds.
With the ruling in mind and parliamentary vote looking likely, IBTimes UK has compiled a definitive list of all of MPs who backed Remain.
The UK voted 52% to 48% to split from the EU on the 23 June, will the 477 parliamentarians below now block a Brexit?
