Game Of Thrones season 6: 'I bring back a much-loved character everybody thinks is dead' says Ian McShane
Jon Snow's fate is clearly going to be one of the biggest highlights for the upcoming season 6 of Game Of Thrones. While fans are pretty convinced that the character will return from the dead, actor Kit Harington (who plays Jon Snow) refuses to give any clarity on the subject.
During a recent interview with Time Out London, when asked to talk about his character in GOT, the actor replied: "Look, I'm not in the show any more. I'm definitely not in the new series. I filmed some scenes of me being dead. It's some of my best work," he quipped and added, "I know how long I'm a corpse for, but I can't tell you that!"
Meanwhile, another Game Of Thrones actor – Ian McShane – who will appear in season 6, shared some interesting details while talking about his character, during an appearance on BBC Breakfast. (via The Independent)
"I can give you one hint: My character is an ex-warrior who's become a peacenik... I bring back a much-loved character everybody thinks is dead," he said.
That pretty much gives it away, right? Well, the actor seemingly did some damage control at a subsequent interview where he teased that he might have been referring to The Hound and not Jon Snow.
Game Of Thrones season 6 premieres on 24 April 2016 on HBO.
