The much-awaited UK premiere of the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 has become a star-lit affair.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner graced the event at Stratford's Westfield shopping centre in London. Thousands of fans greeted them with loud screams.

While Rob and Taylor made an appearance in shiny attire and perfect grins, Kristen came wearing an elegant black gown with sparkly accents. The trio posed for photographs, and also with some of the fans.

The movie will hit cinemas in the UK on Friday.
