Is Halle Berry pregnant? Monster's Ball star sparks rumours she is expecting baby number 3

Halle Berry and husband Olivier Martinez have been dogged by divorce rumours in recent months, but it looks like the X-Men star may be hiding even bigger news.

The 49-year-old actress has sparked speculation that she is pregnant with her third child after being spotted with a fuller figure at The Hollywood Foreign Press Association Annual Grants Banquet at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills.

In snaps posted online, the mother-of-two is seen posing up a storm in a fitted blue cut-out dress. The outfit featured a see-through black lace that covered part of her décolletage and stomach, giving the illusion that she was wearing a bandeau blouse and high-waisted skirt set.

Eagle-eyed fans quickly flocked to social media on the hunt for answers.

"She has got to be prego...pooch too low. she's been in the biz too long to not know that you gotta suck it in. She is prego!" one fan said.

Another wrote: "Is she pregnant again?"

If Berry is in the family way again the baby would be the couple's second child together. They already have one-and-half-year-old son Maceo and the actress also has six-year-old daughter Nahla, from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

The outing comes weeks after Radar Online claimed that the Oscar-winner and her partner's marriage was allegedly on the rocks. The publication reported that Berry was tired of his infidelity and temper. The absence of her engagement ring further added weight to the split rumours.

"It seems Halle and Olivier have finally hit the end of the road," a source said. "They've weathered a lot of ups and downs in their relationship, but recently Olivier has been completely MIA."

But a recent TMZ report tells a different story. According to the site, the Extant star lost her sparkler during a visit to Mexico and replacing it "has not been a priority" for the couple. A source adds that there is no trouble in paradise and the couple, who tied the knot in 2013, have had "no discussion about divorce with an attorney".

"When I first met Olivier, there wasn't the initial: 'I'm in love!' It was something that grew more gradually -- and it feels more real because of that," she said of her relationship. "[Marriage] is another one of those never-say-never things. I'm a hopeless romantic, and I won't stop till I get it right!"
