HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE vs HTC One X: Battle of the Biggies

The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE was officially announced by Verizon at CTIA Wireless in New Orleans and is Verizon's latest Android 4.0 smartphone as well as the third member of HTC Droid Incredible family. HTC unveiled another series of high-end smartphones - the One series - at the 2012 Mobile World Congress (MWC) and one of those phones - the One X - is the company's first quad-core smartphone.

Display
The Droid Incredible 4G LTE comes with a 4.0in S-LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 960x540 pixels. In comparison, the HTC One X flaunts a Super IPS LCD2 capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. Both smartphones have screens protected by Corning Gorilla glass and have the HTC Sense UI.
Processor
The Droid Incredible 4G LTE is powered by a 1.2GHz Krait dual-core CPU and Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset. It includes Adreno 225 which offers support to powerful graphics. The HTC One X is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core CPU and Nvidia Tegra 3 chipset. It includes ULP GeForce GPU which delivers unprecedented mobile 3D game playability.
Camera
Both the Droid Incredible 4G LTE and HTC One X boast an eight megapixel rear-facing camera featuring auto-focus, LED flash, geo-tagging and face and smile detection. Both devices offer video recording of 1080p with stereo sound recording and video stabilisation as well a front-facing camera of 1.3 megapixels.
Operating System
Both, the Droid Incredible 4G LTE and the HTC One X run on Android 4.0. The Android 4.0 ICS features easy multi-tasking, rich notifications, resizable widgets and new home screen folder.
Storage
The Droid Incredible 4G LTE has an internal storage of 8GB. The HTC One X has 32GB of internal storage space. The Droid has support for a microSD card, unlike the One X.
Connectivity
Both the Droid Incredible 4G LTE and the One X feature Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA and Wi-Fi hotspot. The smartphones support Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP wireless technology.
Battery
The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE comes with a Li-Ion 1700mAh standard battery.
The HTC One X packs a Li-Ion 1800mAh standard battery.
