Kim is 'heartbroken' with Khloe's divorce in season 12 episode 12 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians

Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 12 returns after a week-long hiatus on Sunday (31 July) with episode 12 titled Havana Good Day. This week's trailer reveals that the Kardashian sisters will plan a "legendary" trip to Cuba, but minus household matriarch Kris Jenner. While the trip clearly seems like a breath of fresh air, Kim will allude to the heartbreaking divorce of her sister Khloe from Lamar Odom.

Kim, Kourtney and Khloeare Cuba-bound in this week of KUWTK, despite Kris' attempts at changing their mind about the trip. "I will tell you guys that there's no internet," the 60-year-old reality TV star argued adding that, "I'm not going to Cuba! I can't, if there's no communication... I have work to do."

Clearly, the siblings are not going to pay any heed to their mother's advice as trailers show them enjoying the scenic beauty of the country.

In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of the E! show, Kim and elder sister Kourtney are shown headed to the historic home of author Ernest Hemingway in Havana. Interestingly, during the visit, the better half of rapper Kanye West will realise that she and Hemingway had something in common.

When the guide tells the mother-of-two that The Old Man And The Sea author used to weigh himself regularly and keep a record of it on his bathroom wall, it leaves her visibly shocked. "That's like me!" Kim says in response to the surprise revelation about the late novelist.

Despite the fun getaway, household drama will once again crop up during the Cuba trip when Kim misses the presence of her younger sister Khloe. "This house is so cool, it's such a part of Cuban history that I wish Khloé could see this," Kim says in the video. She soon goes on to rant about the drama created in her sister's life due to her pending divorce with retired basketball player Lamar Odom.

"I just want her to, like, live life and enjoy herself and not worry about it all, which just breaks my heart because it's, like, the same cycle over again. It just really sucks," Kim adds.
