Hi and welcome to this week's a-list insider
The Rock is not a happy camper! The Fast and Furious star took to social media to vent his frustrations with his male co-stars… and take it this way he had some very choice words
In an epic Instagram rant he claimed that his blood was "legit boiling" during the last day of filming Fast and Furious 8.
Because he didn't name any names he soon has the world wondering who got on his bad side.
Was Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham or Scott Eastwood?
Well TMZ is reporting that it is in fact Vin diesel because of their 'extreme egos'. But it looks like the two muscle men have since buried the hatchet.
Fifth Harmony singer Normani Hamilton quits Twitter
Meanwhile, it's not only the Rock venting on social media. Fifth Harmony singer Normani Hamilton has been forced off Twitter after she became the target of racist abuse.
The 20-year-old star was inundated with vile messages after being accused of 'throwing shade' at her bandmate Camila Cabello during the group's recent Facebook Live! Interview. Fans claimed that the fact that she took too long to say anything nice about Cabello when asked to asked to describe her bandmates' best qualities was proof that all was not well.
Before signing off Twitter she addressed the furore in an emotional message to fans, saying that although she has a thick skin she could no longer subject herself to the cyberbullying. Cabello,19, also came to her defence, tweeting: " You don't have to hate on somebody else to support me - I don't appreciate it and it's not what I'm about.. Be kind or move on."
Beyonce gives Kim Kardashian dancing tips
And finally, if there's one thing we know about Kim Kardashian, it's that she hates dancing. Now the reality star has revealed that she was once faced with the prospect of a dance off with Beyoncé and she was mortified. Yes as in Queen is one of the greatest entertainers of her time.
Let's set the scene. Its 2011, the ladies are supporting their husband's Kanye West and Jay Z on their Watch The Throne tour. It's the last night and Beyoncé suggests that they go in the mosh pit.
Kim said that at this point she was freaking out and but Beyoncé tried to ease her anxieties by telling her to let loose and dance.
Sadly it didn't work. Don't worry Kim we feel your pain.
