A-List Insider: Emma Watson's UN Speech, Rita Ora Joins The Voice

There was not a dry eye in the house this week when Harry Potter star Emma Watson delivered a moving speech about women rights to the United Nations in New York City.
The British actress, who serves as the UN Women Goodwill ambassador, was speaking at the launch of the HeForShe campaign, which encourages men and boys to take a stand against gender equality.
Taking the mike at the event, Emma opened up about her own personal experiences and said she was frustrated by the fact that has too often feminism become synonymous with man-hating.
"If there is one thing I know for certain, it is that this has to stop," she said.
And It IS official - Rita Ora is joining The Voice.
The pop star has been confirmed as Kylie Minogue's replacement on the BBC singing contest.
She will take her place in the spinning red chair alongside Will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson.
The 23-year-old, who was a guest judge on The X Factor in 2012, said she was looking forward to her first blind auditions and couldn't wait to compete with her new colleagues.
"I'm so excited to be part of; and for my team to win The Voice this series!!," she said.
