Mark Bridger pleads not guilty in April Jones hearing
Mark Bridger appeared at Mold crown court today accused of the murder and abduction of five-year-old welsh girl April Jones ,who disappeared while out playing with friends on her bike at Machynlleth, in October last year.
The BBC reported that both April's parents- were in court and heard Bridger plead not guilty to the charges of: abducting and murdering April,: unlawfully disposing of and concealing her body with intent to pervert the course of justice.
The presiding judge made an order under the Contempt of Court Act that none of the evidence mentioned should be publicly reported. However, the judge went on to say that the fact that Bridger said 'he was probably responsible for the death of April' could be publicly reported.
However the massive hunt for missing April Jones still goes on, as police announced today the search has resumed after a two week break.
Meanwhile Bridger, will stand trial on 25 February. The case continues
