Mel B and Stephen Belafonte's 'threesome offer' was turned down by singer Rita Ora

British singer Rita Ora was reportedly approached by estranged couple Mel B and Stephen Belafonte to join in on a wild night back in 2014. Sources told The Sun that the former X Factor judge was "surprised" at the offer and that she turned down the raunchy couple.

According to reports, the incident took place at a Hollywood restaurant, when the estranged couple had asked Ora to join them at their Los Angeles home following a networking dinner.

"Rita was one of Mel and Stephen's 'targets'. When they asked her back to theirs, she was surprised," a source told the tabloid, shedding light on more shocking details from the couple's high-profile divorce. "She was there purely for work reasons, anything else was out of the question. So she made her excuses politely and went home."

As it turns out, the 26-year-old Body On Me hitmaker was "aware" of the sexual experiences of other well known A-listers with the couple and she had discussed her personal situation with some of her confidantes.

The source continued, "She told friends she knocked them back and had tried her best to avoid being in their company from then onwards."

"Rita is aware of Lady Victoria's experience, as well as that of others, and she has discussed her experience with close friends," the report quoted the source as saying.

Earlier, reports claimed that socialite Lady Victoria Hervey was once allegedly involved in a threesome with the estranged couple and has expressed concerns over her private life playing out in the media.

"She is absolutely mortified that her sex life could become public property," a source told Daily Mail earlier. "The last thing she wants is to star in a sordid sex tape or to have horrible details of her private life dragged through the divorce courts."

Following revelations of Belafonte possibly taping sexual encounters, Hervey even addressed the physical abuse claims made by the former Spice Girl in her legal filing.

"She said he controlled all her finances and she wasn't initially strong enough to leave him," the 40-year-old model said about Mel B and her marriage troubles. "She said she waited until everything fell into place before she could do it and finally everything fell into place and she knew it was time. No woman should suffer like she has, I feel terribly for her."

Mel B filed for divorce from her film producer husband last month citing "irreconcilable differences". Since then, the songstress has obtained a temporary restraining order against him as well.
