A team of computer gamers has released a time-lapse video showing them creating a whole city online from scratch.

The team from FyreUK spent hours on the independent game Minecraft - which allows players to build whatever they want one block at a time - to create the city of Aquila.

The time-lapse video shows the players create all the buildings, the city harbour, castle and underground locations.

The building of Aquila is the group's 100th video.
