Norfolk couple killed by gunshot wounds
A Norfolk couple named as council leader Keith Johnson and his wife Andrea, were found dead from gunshot wounds near their home in Compit Hills in Roughton, near Cromer Norfolk on Sunday.
Mr Johnson was a former Mayor and long serving Conservative councillor for North Norfolk District Council. He had been performing a number of civic duties at the weekend and his death has shocked neighbours and residents.
A spokesman from Norfolk Constabulary said they were called to the couple's home and when they searched the property they then found the body of a woman in her early 40s, in the front garden, and the body of a man in his late 50s, in a nearby back garden.
Detectives say they are not looking for anybody else in connection with the incident.
