Where to Watch Live
The play is set to begin at 5:30pm BST. Live coverage is on BBC One or BBC Two. Live scores, regular updates, radio commentary and the live streaming link will be available on Wimbledon's official website.
Overview
Novak Djokovic showed no signs of rust as he cruised past Andrey Golubev 6-0, 6-1,6-4 in his first round match at the Wimbledon Championships 2014. It was his first match on grass since his loss to Andy Murray in last year's final. Djokovic looked to be in the groove from the very first shot of the match.
The Serbian's next opponent is 35-year-old Radek Stepanek, who also came through his first round match relatively easily against Pablo Cuevas. Stepanek had a good start to his grass court season; he defeated defending Wimbledon champion Andy Murray on his way to the semi-finals of the Aegon Championships at the Queen's Club in London earlier in the month.
However, Djokovic is the favourite to win this match as he has not lost to Stepanek since 2006.
Head-to-Head
Djokovic has a 10-1 lead over Stepanek in the overall meetings. The pair has met in four grand slam events, with Djokovic winning on all four occasions. Djokovic holds a 5-0 lead over Stepanek in the last five meetings between the pair.
What They Say
Novak Djokovic: "It was a great start, especially in the first two sets. I cannot be happier with that performance, especially with no matches under my belt. [On Stepanek] He anticipates well, he comes to the net and has a very good game for this surface. But I believe I can win."
