A BBC Panorama report about the 'Fake Sheikh' Mazher Mahmood will be aired tonight after originally being pulled at the last minute.
The BBC confirmed the programme Fake Sheikh: Exposed will air following recent legal interventions surrounding the programme.
Mahmood got his lawyers involved after he accused programme-makers of lining up discredited "whistle-blowers" to tarnish his reputation.
The BBC explained they originally pulled the show off air on the 11<sup>th hour as his lawyers came forward with "new information" relating to one of the cases involved in the programme.
