Rylan Clark and Dan Neal get married as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini cancels performance at wedding

TV host Rylan Clark married his partner Dan Neal on Saturday (7 November). Celebrity guests at the ceremony include Katie Price, Eammon Holmes, Matt and Emma Willis as well as Ella Henderson.

However, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini cancelled her performance at the wedding, due to her commitments on X Factor. Clark had asked Fernandez-Versini to serenade him and his partner. ''I interviewed Cheryl twice on two separate occasions for This Morning and said, 'Will you sing?' And she said, 'yes'.

"If she doesn't do it, she's going to look a right idiot now!"

However, a source told The Sun: "It's not something she considered doing, but she's tied up with The X Factor all day anyway."

Other guests rumoured to perform include the Sugababes, with others invited to join in later. A source told the Mirror: "There will be an an open mic at the end of the night, which could be interesting as it goes on until 2am."

Claire Richards from Steps will act as bridesmaid, after she and Clark met while they were taking part in Celebrity Big Brother 2013. Gok Wan will be styling the pair's outfits.

The wedding will be kept to friends and family. "Rylan's actually very private, so there's no mag deal. It's just an intimate ceremony for his close friends and family, and everyone invited has been told to keep any photos off social media," a source told the Mirror.

The couple met when Big Brother's Bit on the Side host Rylan interviewed Neal on the show. "I didn't expect to meet someone, so I was lucky I found him. It was the right place at the right time," Clark said.

Clark, a housemate in Big Brother 14, was previously a member of Scotland Yard's Operation Yewtree squad, which investigated the Jimmy Savile scandal and a number of other high profile celebrities. He also appeared naked on the front cover of the December 2013 issue of Gay Times magazine.
