SAG Awards 2016: Leonardo DiCaprio, Eddie Redmayne and Brie Larson among Screen Actors Guild nominees
The nominations for the 2016 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards have been announced, which means award season is well and truly upon us! It was up to Anna Faris and Anthony Mackie to share the actors and titles that made the cut at a press conference in Los Angeles on 9 December.
The annual event recognises outstanding talent across the previous 12 months in both film and TV. Winners are voted on by the more than 110,000 members of the SAG-AFTRA union. The SAG nominees have traditionally served as a helpful indicator of predicting Oscar acting nominees.
The official ceremony for the 22nd SAG Awards will be held in LA on Saturday 30 January, with a live broadcast on both TNT and TBS. Check out the full list of nominees ahead of the announcements below.
