Selena Gomez looking for a 'low-key' relationship after Justin Bieber

Seems like Selena Gomez is all set to start dating again. The Same Old Love hit-maker is apparently looking for a "low-key" relationship, unlike her much-talked about romance with former boyfriend Justin Bieber.

"The guys that do have the confidence to hit on me are not necessarily my type, but they think they are because I'm a pop star, I sing songs, do movies, I like to feel sexy and confident on stage," Gomez said in an interview for the September issue of Vogue Australia – via The Daily Telegraph.

"I'd be so stoked with a writer or producer or actor who is low-key, but those kind of guys are terrified of me," she said.

"I think people would think it's kind of dumb (to date me). Nobody would want to throw themselves into that situation where it was so heightened publicly, like, why would they?"

The 23-year-old singer and the Sorry hit-maker started dating in late 2010 but split in 2014.

In February, she told W Magazine that she was "exhausted" by the endless media attention their tumultuous relationship received.

"I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore," the songstress said.

"At first I didn't care. To me it was: I'm 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that," she said.

"Then I got my heart broken and I cared, because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn't know where to go," she added.
