Serena Williams makes boyfriend Alexis Ohanian proud with Wimbledon win: Entrepreneur says '22 looks good on you'

Serena Williams has every reason to celebrate as the American tennis ace beat Angelique Kerber on 9 July to win her seventh Wimbledon and 22<sup>nd Grand Slam title. While the tennis star's fans have showered her with love over the win, it was her rumoured boyfriend Alexis Ohanian, who took the cake when it came to celebrating Serena's win.

"Our queen stopped by center court today," Alexis wrote on Instagram gushing about his lady love as he shared a picture of Serena holding the Wimbledon trophy. "So proud of you, @serenawilliams. 22 looks good on you. #Wimbledon," he said.

Alexis has been dating the 34-year-old since October 2015 after the two was reportedly introduced to each other at a lunch.

While, the world needs no introduction to the 22nd Grand Slam winner, here are a few things to know about the man, who has won Serena's heart.

Alexis is the co-founder of popular website, Reddit. Although the internet entrepreneur left the website in 2007, he soon resumed full-time duties in 2015. Apart from Reddit, he has also kick-started several other websites such as Hipmunk and Breadpig.

He is also a social worker, activist, and an ardent cat lover. Speaking about his passions, the tech entrepreneur had earlier said, "Being effective at social media, whether for business or personal use, means capturing people who have short attention spans. They're only a click away from a picture of a funny cat, so you have to make your thing more compelling than that cat."

Serena's love interest has also starred in a short web film about net neutrality titled, The Internet Must Go.

He has also authored a best-selling book titled Without Their Permission: How the 21st Century Will Be Made, Not Managed to guide budding entrepreneurs.
