High street cordoned off after bike and skateboard thrown from window
Stoke Newington High Street has been cordoned off by Met Police officers after a bike, skateboard and magazines were tossed from a flat window into the street. Crowds gathered at the road, in the north London borough of Hackney, after police were called to an address there at 12.06pm on 1 December.
Debris can be seen strewn across the road, which runs between Stamford Hill and Shacklewell. It is thought the occupant of the flat suffers from mental health issues and police remain at the scene.
