London Then and Now – People and Places takes vintage photographs of the capital and pairs them up with the same views as they look today. The book contains about 200 scenes including the city's most popular tourist destinations such as Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. In this gallery, IBTimes UK publishes a few of these then-and-now views. For far more, see the book, published by Pavilion.
