Rightmove listing for balcony converted into eating area mocked by users on Reddit.
When you read "dining room", what do you imagine? What about a dining room in a three bedroom property with a £620,000 price tag?
Well this, er, compact (bijou, cosy, intimate — pick your own estate agent euphemism) is all you're getting in this flat in Maida Vale, London.
Reddit users on the r/London subreddit flagged the dining room of the property's Rightmove listing, which appears to be a balcony conversion. One called it "bleak". Another asks: "How do you... sit down?"
The property, which has been on sale since 14 July, is around the corner from Royal Oak and Warwick Avenue Tube stations.
"A well presented three bedroom apartment on the first floor comprising approximately 800sq ft in this low rise modern block," says the listing by estate agent RE/MAX Consultants.
"Benefiting a long lease and low service charge, this property would make a great buy-to-let investment with the property already rented with an income of £2,600pcm."
With a bit of imagination, that dining room could be a fourth bedroom...
