Unnamed actress sues Harvey Weinstein over sexual battery

Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault. The woman, who is said to be an actress and identified only as Jane Doe in court documents, has sued the disgraced movie mogul for forcing her into sexual situations in 2015 and 2016.

According to E! News, the woman has alleged Weinstein of sexually assaulting her in his hotel room after agreeing to meet him to discuss a movie role. The lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The report goes on to say that the woman first met Weinstein in 2011 at a party. She was in touch with the him over the following years after the producer offered to help with her acting career.

The woman reportedly met Weinstein at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills in late 2015 to discuss an acting job.

The documents filed in court read, "In March 2015, Plaintiff met Weinstein at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California to discuss a prospective acting job on a television show called Marco Polo as well as acting in two to three other projects."

The court document goes on to say that when Weinstein met the woman he asked her if he could masturbate in front of her, and when she said "no", he forced her to watch him.

The following year the woman met Weinstein after he told her that he wants to celebrate "her upcoming role in Marco Polo giving her the impression that she had been chosen for the part. Plaintiff agreed." The unnamed woman never got the role in the Netflix series, court documents say.

"Before plaintiff could leave, Weinstein grabbed her and pulled her into the bedroom. Plaintiff told Weinstein that she did not want to do anything sexual with him."

The documents allege, "[Weinstein] forcefully threw Plaintiff onto the bed. He pulled down her jeans and started to orally copulate her. Plaintiff pushed Weinstein's head off of her and told him, 'Stop!'"

Further, the woman alleges that she could not stop Weinstein due to his size.

The document continues, "Weinstein then used his massive weight and strength to force himself on her, pushing his penis inside of her vagina without a condom. After he withdrew, he gripped her with one hand while using his other hand to masturbate. Plaintiff finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite."
