Screen Actors Guild Awards 2013: Les Miserables and Modern Family Lead the Nominations
The nominees for the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards for outstanding performances in film and primetime television have been announced at the Pacific Design Center's SilverScreen Theater in West Hollywood.
Cougar Town star Busy Philipps, who is SAG's social media ambassador, and Private Practice actor Taye Diggs announced the nominees for this year. Pregnant actress Philipps, 33, looked elegant in a Carven dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
Les Miserables and Lincoln each received four nominations in the movie categories, while Modern Family's pre-eminent position among American comedy shows was recognised with four nominations in the television section.
The event is set to take place at the Shrine Auditorium & Exposition Center in Los Angeles, California on 27 January, and will be aired live on TNT and TBS.
