Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa's high-profile divorce is getting messier by the minute.

First there were claims Rose, 30, cheated on her husband with Nick Cannon, then she alleged he cheated with "multiple strippers" and now it has been revealed she is reportedly set to walk away from their one-year marriage with over $1m (£613,000).

According to TMZ, the model-turned-actress allegedly asked Khalifa, 27, to sign a prenuptial agreement stating she could walk away with at least $1m if they got divorced.

The prenup reportedly denies her the right to spousal support in return for the payout but Rose is allegedly ready to fight for it anyway.

According to reports, cheating does not have any impact on the prenuptial agreement because California is a no-fault state.

The mother of one is also asking for full legal and physical custody of their 19-month-old son, Sebastian, as part of the divorce.

The actress recently took to social media to speak out about the divorce for the first time.

"I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time," she said.

Rose also addressed the cheating allegations, placing the blame on her soon-to-be ex-husband.

"Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this. Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same," she wrote on Twitter.
