First came Miley Cyrus, than Harry Styles , now Amber Rose has sparked an online frenzy by twerking the night before her wedding.

Footage of the 29-year-old former model breaking into the impromptu booty-shaking dance on the eve of her ceremony to rapper Wiz Khalifa went viral after she posted it on Instagram.

The 30-second clip shows Rose in a long white gown showing off some of her moves to friends and family.

The video appeared to have been filmed in a hotel room in Pittsburgh, the hometown of her 25-year-old rapper husband and where the wedding is believed to have taken place.

"Only bad b******s twerk the night before their wedding," Rose said in the caption.

Within minutes hundreds of GIFs and videos of the moment appeared online.

"Go ahead amber keep that man happy. It's a lot of boring women out here that don't understand. Love Amber and Wiz," one fan said.

Another wrote: "At least she is better than Miley."

Rose and Khalifa, born Cameron Jibril Thomaz , announced their engagement in March 2012. They had been together for a year.

They officially married on 8 July but pushed back the ceremony and reception to give Rose time to get over the birth of their first child, Sebastian, in February.

Rose had dated Kanye West for almost two years.
