American model/actress Amber Rose revealed that Wiz Khalifa cheated on her, which led to their split.

The 30-year-old model shocked everyone when she filed for divorce from the rapper, just after a year of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Soon after the couple's break-up news broke out, rumours emerged that Rose has been romantically involved with Nick Cannon, which led to their separation.

Rose, who has one-year-old son Sebastian with Khalifa, took to her Twitter account and revealed that it was the other way around.

According to TMZ, Rose was convinced that Khalifa had been unfaithful to her for a long time.

A source said: "Since the beginning of Wiz's tour in July she strongly suspected he was stepping out... she wanted to join Wiz on the tour but he came up with a panoply of excuses, the most frequent of which ... she should stay home with their 1-year-old."

The timing of the split is surprising as Rose had posted a photo from her wedding day to Instagram on 8 September, to wish Khalifa a happy 27th birthday.

She wrote: "Happy 27th Birthday @mistercap I'll love u forever.... Hope this year is an amazing one for u sweetheart ❤️"
