Android 5.0 Lollipop for Galaxy Note 3, Note 4, S4 and S5 LTE-A coming in early 2015, confirms Samsung
Samsung has just revealed its plans via Twitter that the official rollout of Android 5.0 Lollipop update will commence in early 2015 for a bunch of Galaxy devices including Note 3, Note 4, S4 and S5 LTE-A.
The company has already announced the rollout of Lollipop update for Galaxy S5 smartphone in South Korea starting 5 December, following its release in Poland just a day before.
According to AndroidOS, Seoul-based Reuters tech correspondent, Vincent Se Young Lee, has tweeted that a handful of Samsung's flagship devices including Note 3, Note 4, S4 and S5 LTE-A would get the latest Android update sometime in early 2015.

It is ascertained that Samsung could begin its rollout of Lollipop update starting with Note 3 and Note 4, and then move on to its S-line of devices such as Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5 LTE-A.

Some of the noteworthy features ported into the Android 5.0 Lollipop update include a host of feature enhancements and tweaks such as lock-screen notifications, heads-up notifications, ART as default runtime, UI improvements, battery enhancements, guest mode on phones, improved security and more.
