Android 5.1.1 Lollipop official update coming to Galaxy Note 4 in July
Galaxy Note 4 users are in for some exciting news, as Samsung has already started testing beta versions of Android 5.1.1-based ROMs for various existing devices, according to some highly-placed sources cited by SamMobile.
With Google recently unveiling the Android M Developer Preview at the Google I/O and its final release proposed for Q3 2015, it is certain that Samsung is just a few weeks away from rolling out the final release of Lollipop update aka Android 5.1.1 official update across all of its flagship devices.
Besides, recent reports indicate that Samsung will be bringing some camera app improvements with Android 5.1.1 update for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, which will introduce iPhone camera-like exposure controls on Samsung's flagship phones including support for RAW image capture and shutter speed control.
There is better news for Galaxy Note 4 users as it is confirmed via high-profile sources close to SamMobile that Samsung is already planning the release of Android 5.1.1 update for the smartphone by end of July.
Folks at SamMobile have even promised to be the first to showcase the upcoming Android 5.1.1 official ROM running on the Note 4 in a demo video.
