Andy Murray vs Adrian Mannarino, US Open 2015/16: Where to watch live, preview and betting odds
Andy Murray shall take on Frenchman Adrian Mannarino in the second round of the US Open on 3 September.
Where to Watch Live
The game is set to start at 7.30pm BST. Live coverage of the game will be on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD.
Overview
Murray is favourite to get the better of the world number 35 after getting to a stuttering start against Nick Krygios in the opening round. The number three seed dropped the third set but came back strongly to win the fourth and deciding set 6-1 to make progress into the tournament.
He will face a potentially tricky opponent in Mannarino, who had a brilliant start to the ATP series this year, progressing well in various tournaments including the fourth round of the Indian Wells, where he was beaten by Murray himself. Murray defended his performance in the first round, by stating that it was an extremely difficult game against a hard hitting opponent and insists that he had anticipated the game to be a nail biter till the end.
Meanwhile, Mannarino shall come into the game having beaten qualifier Konstantin Kravchuk 7-6, 6-4, 6-1 in straight sets. He has made his way into the third round of the US Open in the last two years but will have to play out of his skin to repeat the effort this time around.
