The upcoming episode 7 of Arrow season 3 titled 'Draw Back Your Bow' will feature an Arrow obsessed serial killer who's only motivation to kill is to get Arrow's attention.

According to the official synopsis of episode 7, Oliver (Stephen Amell) must stop an Arrow-obsessed serial killer, Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), who is convinced that The Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting his attention is to kill people.

That is not the only 'romantic' angle fans can expect to see in the upcoming episode. It seems that Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) is eyeing more than just Oliver Queen's company. Apparently, he asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to be his date for a work dinner with important clients, as per the synopsis.

Meanwhile, the show's creator Marc Guggenheim, recently revealed some interesting details about Sara's murderer, during an interview with TV Line.

The showrunner teased fans by stating that maybe the killer was already known, and fans hadn't quite picked up on the hints.

"Look, certainly the mystery of Who killed Sara? is a mystery where there's only so many suspects, mainly because we're not going to be jerks and introduce some day player character at the last moment," Guggenheim said.

"When the ultimate reveal happens, it will be someone who you know. Or maybe the reveal has already happened? Hopefully we've opened up a world where anything is possible, and to me that's the most fun part of working on the show."

Arrow Season 3, Episode 7 'Draw Back Your Bow' airs tonight (Wednesday, 19 November) at 8pm ET on The CW.
