Arsenal v Manchester City Head to Head

This is a very big game for both sides. A loss for either Manchester City or Arsenal could prove fatal at such a crucial stage of the season. The last encounter between these two sides saw them separated only by a strike by City's David Silva.

The match will be available live on vslive.tv in the UK and FOXSoccer.tv in the US. You can also follow the game at the IBTimes UK Match Center.

Arsenal, who are third in the league, have been in tremendous form for the past month or so, right up to their recent 1-2 loss to Queen Park Rangers. Wenger has recently stated that his team needs to fully concentrate on their remaining matches this season.

"Our job is always to cope with the consequences of the game, but before you just focus on what you want to do well. The momentum is still there because in the last eight games we have won seven, so it was an interruption and a disappointment. We want to come back to what was our recent level," he recently stated, reported the Sun.

The Gunners will be looking to take revenge for their earlier defeat at the Etihad. Also, Wenger's men will be going into this match at full strength (apart from injuries to Diaby, Mertesacker, Wilshere, Coquelin). However, skipper Robin van Persie (also their top scorer this season) has not managed to find the nets in the Gunners' last three Premier League games. Still Wenger, who believes that City have very little chance of lifting this season's Premier League title, will be confident of delivering even that slim chance a death blow.

City, on the other hand, seemed to have lost their air of invincibility, particularly after their last two league games - against Stoke City and Sunderland - both ended in disappointing draws. Now, at this point of the season, when City are trailing by five points, it is either do or die for boss Roberto Mancini, who recently revealed his fears of getting sacked by owner Khaldoon al-Mubarak.

However, City have a slight edge over the Gunners statistically because Arsenal have lost both matches against the Citizens this season. City, who have not won any silverware this season, will be desperately be looking to win this one to ensure their survival in the race for the Premier league title.
