Barcelona's final friendly before the Spanish Super Cup sees them taking on Italian club Sampdoria in the Joan Gamper Trophy at Camp Nou on 10 August.

Overview
Barcelona lost their first pre-season match on 6 August as Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool romped to a 4-0 victory over the Catalans at Wembley. The Spanish champions are building up to their Spanish Super Cup first leg against Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on 14 August.
New signings Andre Gomes and Samuel Umtiti have trained with the first-team squad and could make their debuts against Sampdoria. Luis Enrique has a full squad to choose from except for Neymar and Rafinha, who are competing at the Rio Olympics.
Sampdoria warmed-up for the Joan Gamper Trophy by losing on penalties to Malaga in a friendly on 6 August. The Serie A club will be looking to build up match sharpness ahead of their Coppa Italia tie against Bassano Virtus at the weekend.
